Refund and return policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or return service.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must remain in its original packaging.
You will need to provide your order number to start the return.
Only partial refunds are allowed in the following cases:

We only replace defective or damaged goods. If you need to replace the same item, please send us an email.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the returned amount. Upon receipt of your return, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping return
For returns, please email us and we will send you a shipping label.
Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for replacement products to reach you may vary.
