Here at Artisan Creek, we provide 100% Real, Raw Native Iowa Honey.
Raw honey will crystallize over time. Storing honey at cooler temperatures will also cause honey to crystallize faster. Crystallization is a normal natural process.

Our honey is still completely edible, safe to eat, and delicious regardless of crystallization. Crystals can be dissolved by setting honey in a warm water bath with water temperatures not exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit so that all of the good enzymes are not destroyed.
